City Performance Centre P-port 3 rotor dyno

I think the results are very disappointing.
Peak power: a claimed 600rwhp @ 7,800 rpms @ 17psi

That means torque was 404lb/ft. Assuming torque is flat at all rpms (for the hell of it) that is 539rwhp at 7,000rpms. Divide that by 3 and then multiply by 2 and you get 359rwhp at 17psi for a 2 rotor. Obviously it's not exact since the drivetrain loss is probably different at higher rpm and higher power levels, but it should be somewhat close. 600rwhp is nothing to sneeze at, but I don’t think that is out of reach with a street port at that boost level and it would have a broader power curve with better mileage and less emissions.

No wonder he is trying to sell it

They are using a Dyno Dynamics Dyno so the power is going to be lower than the usual but then again it depends on the correction factor they are using. That's one of the things about that dyno. Unless you know the correction factor the power can be higher or lower than the dynojet.
Even so the power does seem a little low for the setup the car has.
