I still like the Mclaren F1 better!!!!!! The production of the Mclaren F1 Road Car Started in 1993 and ended in 1998. They car looks way nicer, BMW naturally aspirated V12 S70 engine. Horsepower around 620.... almost 400 horsepower less than the bugatti veyron and the Veyron only goes 12 miles per hour faster... plus the bugatti has newer technology, four turbos and only goes 12 mph faster. That tells you how well Mclaren did building the Mclaren F1 Road Car. Does the Veyron have three seats...no. hahahah. Just my opinion. But i will say the Bugatti Veyron is a nice machine, but imo i like the Mcalren better

The point of the car was not shear speed, but the ability for most any driver to drive the car fast, or just down the road to get some grocerys. The car is supposed to be well mannered at any speed. It'd be a bit much to drive the Mclaren around town vs the Bugatti which has more creature comforts.

The McLaren was created to be the fastest road car period.
The Veyron was created to do 400km/h, make 1,000 hp and do all of it in the highest of luxury. All the people that have tested the Veyron say it is not even nerve racking at the top end where as people would complain that the nose lifted comming around corners in the McLaren. The Veyron is a much much more liveable (if that can be said about a Hyper car) than the McLaren.
A Radical SR3 is undoubtedly faster than a McLaren Mercedes SLR around a track does that make it a better car?

Not trying to get in an argument guys... I understand all of your points. Its just my opinion. I would take a mclaren F1 over a veyron because ever since I new what a Mclaren f1 was... ive been hooked. Im jsut into the spotiness of the mclaren, looks, interior is like a racecar, it is in road car form. The veyron is too luxury for me, i like the sporty feel...thats all im saying. I'll admit though, that the veyron is faster...only 12 mph... and is more for the modern day guys/girls who have the money to buy it. I would take a Veyron though if had money, but first the Mclaren. Its been my favorite forever. Sorry if I came out wrong... i didn't try too. God bless
