That is "underground raceway" in Puerto Rico. The name said it all. Some people use it for testing 60ft times. I wouldn't race on it, specially when there are five more dragstrips on the island. Two of them 1/4 and the others 1/8. You can see how much we love drag racing, 6 tracks on an island 100 X35 miles.

No rules, no money for entry fees, some people are dumb, stupid, crazy and just don't have any common sense. How can you answer that?
