I have not done any powdercoating but have read up on it and believe you would do well with a sand blaster. Those rusted spots need to be removed. There are some parts that did not get any powder but I believe you did a very good job for the first time. Practice makes perfect. Keep it up

 

i did blast it before i powder coated it, and have done a second coat to fill those spots

 

Well then, I think your firt run is a success! I would like to see pics of other parts when they are done.

nice engine... is that an HKS manifold? and is that a custom crank pulley?

 

wow, those wheels are nice(SSR Mesh FTW!), but what car are you going to put them on?
