from the back of my FC. lol.
I need a smaller tri-pod and probably a wide angle lens such as a 10-20mm to pull this off correctly but I just messed around with it. lol. My tri-pod was too tall to actually see the road but it got the interior pretty decent I think.

thanks for all the compliments... Masin, yeah we will man. It's really simple and honestly... you probably have more stuff to stabilize my camera. It's not fun forgetting about it and punching the brakes seeing my nice 18-70mm slam into my shoulder. lol.

why don't you get a camera mount? i bought a suction cup stand/ pod that sticks to your window via suction cup and mounts your camera to it. i got it for 80 bucks. i just used it during auto-x yesterday and it held up fine. of course i was only using my digital camera but it can hold up to 10 lbs i think. all i need is a remote for my camera so i can take stills while i drive.

...and my money is pretty managed to specific things right now. I have to put aside my spending for photography for a while. It's ok tho. Gives it time for the D200's and D300's to go down in price!

I agree but the setup I was using was VERY flimsy and I didn't want my camera bouncing around in the back of my car. lol. I was really careful. Later on if I get a nicer mount I will be able to pump out some nice shots. I was just goofing off. I want to still mess around and try some more **** you know. Thanks for the compliment!

I rigged my tri pod up in the back of my car today also. I though it was stable then first turn dumped my camera in the back haha. I ended up using my passenger side sparco harness to hold it in place. I took a video to, might try to upload that to youtube or something later.
