Cars are awesome. Great respect for the wrench time. The rest of it was ridiculous. Trailoring your street car to a street race doesnt make sense.

 

I don't think these guys care too much about the money... Each of those cars has an assload of money into it, and they didn't seem too worried about dropping $1k into an illegal street race.

 

So go to a non-NHRA drag strip. They have crappy prep and crappy surfaces, but they're better than a ******* street.

 

anyway....that was a good video, too bad they didn't get to run more cars....we're actually working with the city up here to hold legal street racing on a road that everyone already illegally races on....they are being dicks about any imports racing but that shouldn't hold so it should be fun.

there's a guy up here who street races his low 9 second henry J up here and he drives it to the races and what not too.
