Will Rtek 1.8 Run with Stock injectors(OK?)

I just got the Rtek 1.8,.
As some of you know I had a 2.1,but I had too many Bugs to Iron out and I went back to basics..Now the car Runs,But In Gear it BOGS at about 3.5 K.It is like hitting a Wall,Braaaaaa....(back to normal when I take foot off gas).
So I got this RTEK 1.8 sittin here and I would like to Test it out.Maybe see if my Secondary injectors have taken a dump on me.
I have all Stock 550s on the car right now and I Can put in a Set of 700 cc light Blue denso's in,That would be for secondary Injectors.
..so the questions Are.Can I run 550's all around with teh 1.8?
Can I run 550 and 700cc (or there abouts according to different sources on Fuel flow rates of these injectors)?.SAFELY???9without Blowing UP.I have Everything in this car.Financially)

it will run about 20-25% leaner, so in vacuum it will hesitate a lot and in boost = pop. if you run 550+700cc, it will still run too lean

Well,I tried it anyways!..(yes,I am Brave!)..I don't recommend anyone doing the same though.but I had to Do something.the car is gonna get Towed or sold,if I didn't try it.
anyways to let you guys know,it DID help me.
It fixed the BOG/CUT hesitation issue around 3.5 k..Now it is a little Finicky on the Pedal.it will hit a dead spot,..like nothing then BAM..SPOOL!(first time I heard a TURBO on this car in 4 months).
I am checking into the FD TPS and how to adjust it.I think that is my other problem.
and YES,.I am looking for BIGGER injectors,now that I know I have an ECU that actually Does work!.the Old N333, I think ,had bad secondary injector drivers.

Progress update..
went from 550's to 700/900
the 700's were Dirty and caused a bad Run,,the 900 secondaries are Staying though.
I am waiting on getting some 720 or 750 primaries that are Clean!.
The car Runs on 550/900.I hooked up the Wideband and it Goes Out of Sight(after 17,18:1) so No good.that is why I am taking the 550's out,it is running Too lean on Idle(that is where I am getting 17:1 Afrs)
...when I rev to 2500 or so the AFRs settle out around 13 or so.

Update.I have installed Rc 750 cc injectors on the Primary rail.I have 900 cc on the Secondary.Still got the RTEK 1.8 on.
I noticed the car Ran better in the Driveway Upon start up,after Installation..I am now getting 15.1: 1 Afr on Cold Start.( that is good ..NO??) instead of 17-18:1 Afr's.
anyways,it is Super Wet around here and I have no Windshield Washer bottle,so I Can't road test until the conditions get better.
If anyone has any "pointers,ideas,or Suggestions" please post.Thanks.Dave/STYX.
