Stock TII or close to stock TII with Rtek 2.0

Anyone out there runing a 2.0 on a stock or close to stock TII (intake, turbo back exhaust, increased boost, rewired fuel pump, etc)? What's your fuel map look like?

Just finished putting the car back together and want to make sure everything is good, before I start increasing power (bigger turbo, injectors, intercooler, fuel pump, etc).

I got a WBO2 on order but would like to start going through things, before it comes in.

Wide band came, so I installed it in the stock location with innovate's extension.

I drove the car a little bit tonight and was noticing afrs in the range of high 9's to mid 10's, with zero corrections. Is this normal on the stock map?

I didn't go over 3.5K with 0-4 psi of boost. Light cruising was low 11's, if I lift then the afrs go up. But normal driving seems extremely rich. After adjusting the fuel map to -25% correction (2-3k range, -12-0map) I started seeing afr's in the 11's but not above 11.6, still light cruise.

I always heard that the S4's ran rich, but I was not expecting it to be this much. Is it possible that something is wrong with my setup?

Mod list:

K&N intake
5Zigen cat back
Stock downpipe w/ cat
High flow main cat
stock injectors
stock fuel pump
Rtek 2.0

looks really rich. when youre cruising in closed loop you should see it oscillate around 14.7 AFR, unless you disconnected the stock o2 sensor. but your wideband may have a 0-1V output you can use. connect the wire that used to go ot the old o2 sensor to this and youre closed loop should work

in open loop i usually see 12-13's, very light throttle it will be in 11's. off throttle (decel) should be off the scale lean

What did you do with the stock sensor?

I have the stock O2 wire hooked up to the simulated single wire O2 output.

Just resting my foot on the accelerator puts the afr's in the low 11's, no more than 1/4 throttle and I'm in the 10's-9's. Off throttle is okay, I see it gradually go up to 14 then all the way to 22.

With slight accelration it feels okay, until the afr's register in the 9's then she stumbles.

I'm trying to fix an idling issue right now, so that I can set the initial coupler and connect the WB to the var res input, so I can start datalogging.

I going to take some fuel out, above the 2 map range and try another easy drive and see how things go.

Something definitely doesn't sound right...I'm not sure making map changes are the correct fix.

is your AFM at a weird angle? if it is angled up, the afm flapper may cause it to run more rich

The AFM is mounted similar to factory, per the K&N instructions and with the included bracket. I think I may have another AFM laying around that I could try and swap out to see if it makes a difference.

I put in new plugs last night and will look at them today.

The motor is a used one from Japan, but with USDM LIM, UIM, TB harness, ECU and AFM. Injectors were sent to RC for cleaning and matching all came back at 550-552. I did adjust the OMP rod to the higher setting and don't think this would effect it. But I will also put it back to the stock setting.

Fuel pressure checks out at 40 - 43 PSI. No error codes on the Diagnostic screen of the Rtek software.
