CA S5 TII Rtek1.5 issue?

Hi, I just installed the Rtek 1.5 chip onto my S5 TII ...it has a N370 ecu. I followed the directions and made sure the chip was facing the right direction (notch on the left side)... when i plugged the ecu back into the car, it would not start and on the ACC position, it sounds like the engine is doing morse code and the CEL blinks very quick... heres a video of it...

does anyone know what could be wrong? my OMP did go out, but im not sure if it fried the ecu. I didnt see any burn marks and my car started just fine before the RTek... Thanks, any help is appreciated!

Fast blink means the processor could not load the program from the EPROM. This typically means there is something wrong with the install.

thanks! I re-soldered the socket and plugged in the chip again and this time it worked just fine.

well theres no real difference between the stock chip and the rtek 1.5 unless you are planning to delete the AWS or use it as a fuel cut defender on an S4...I got mine mainly for the OMP (oil metering pump) delete feature since I had a failed OMP and the check engine light kept going on and the car ran like crap...

I do like the fact that it has a FCD built in, so at least when im boosting 10 psi with a more free flowing exhaust it has a second line of defense from running lean or fuel cut conditions...just a small piece of mind. aside from that, it runs like OEM, no tuning required just swap chips and good to go with the added benefits

Hey I just recently install my 1.5 rtek in my s5 turbo and want to know what mods are you running to see if you're running lean at wot cause I have a racing beat exhaust ( no cat or presilencer) and a custom air intake. The reason I'm asking is cause I'm a little skeptical at hitting boost at the moment. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would get a wideband if you are worried about leaning out.
