Rtek v1.8 v1.5 bin maps winols

Hello, Ive just installed rtek s4 t2 v1.8 with 750cc/min injectors. Trying to get it running properly but I have to lean out up to 50% with the safc so as to not runnung pig rich, and still smelling rich.. Even creating a intake vaccum leak it has a better idle (already removed 50% of fuel). Plugs completely black after running 5mins. No wideband afr meter sorry..

Before installing the rtek v1.8 and injectors it was running great with stock ecu and stock 550's.

I have asked Mike from pocketlogger to verify the chip was v1.8 and he said so. Now going to test the 4x750 refurbished injectors.

Has anyone a bin file from rtek s4 t2 v1.5 to find the fuel maps with winols to removed even more fuel just in case the injectors are bigger than 750? A v1.8 reading could also help to verify it is the same as mine.

Thanks

BIN files are copyright Digital Tuning and are not to be shared. That is why I wouldn't send you just the file. There are no fuel "maps" on the chip. It's all calculated in realtime. To modify the fueling you would have to decompile the code.

We have sold a lot of these chips. If you are running pig rich with a 1.8 and 720s then you have another issue. Bad Fuel pressure regulator, leaky injectors, bad temp sensor, improperly calibrated TPS, Injectors aren't actually 720s (it's happened several times).. just to name a few.

Thanks for the reply, everything points towards injector fault, probably overflowing (maybe wrong injectors received). We will got the answer tomorrow, wil update with the results.

I keep the chip reading without sharing of course, just trying to learn while solving the problem

Just to clarified (sorry for the delay), the problem was the injectors were way bigger than the seller stated.....

Now with RC 750cc/min (720cc/min at 3bar) it runs perfect with T04e hibrid at 1bar of boost, with little water/meth flow

Rtek-wise, just perfect

Thanks for the update. Since injectors aren't marked, I've seen it happen quite often that they end up not being what people think/are told.
