Is this an Rtek Chip?

I purchased this N370 ecu and it has a different chip as shown in the photo. Does this look like an Rtek setup or does anyone recognize this? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think so.

Here's a RTEK chip on a 2.1 Daughterboard...

yeah that's not one of ours. Whoever did that install should be banned from soldering ever again.
