RPM Injector hesitation with the 1.7

I've been dealing with the injector hesitation/bucking for a while but the effects are what I'm fearing(a broken diff mount)

First details.
Rtek 1.7
S4 low impedance harness with high impedance primaries and low 720 secondaries.
one 10ohm by 10watt resistor on the secondaries each.
Custom harness with absolutely no emissions wires even in the wiring run. Everything is ohmed out and perfect.
Restrictor pill a few inches from the boost sensor

Here are the thigns I've noticed on mine.
The hesitation is felt at mid/light throttle right at the Zero vacuum transition.

On start up/Cold running temps(below 180/winter time) it is greatly enhanced.

I installed the restrictor pill a couple weeks ago and it helped a tiny bit(with the loss of little response).

I do a lot of highway driving for work and once a day hit a spot around 80mph(3.5k rpm) where I am near the zero vacuum point. The car will start bucking back and forth violently until I give it enough gas to go 5psi+ or let off to go into 10+vacuum.

Has anyone datalogged their car doing this as well? Gotten AFR's?

i have the exact same problem.. it only hesitates at part throttle around 0psi around the staging point, but not at higher or lower boost levels nor at wot. I dont have the restrictor pill though, and i still have the stock wiring harness. i have high imp wiring, with stock primaries and low imp 720 sec's with resistors

Ive tried cleaning all grounds (under uim too), grounded the ecu, etc with no improvement. I sprayed some electrical contact cleaner on the boost sensor connector, and it seemed to help a little, but it still happens.

The next thing i was going to try was cleaning the injector connectors and installing the restrictor pill.

i just dont get why it happens only at part throttle, but then works perfectly fine at wot, seems like if the injectors are noisy signal due to bad grounds/connectors, it would happen all the time at the staging point?

driving gets real annoying with only either babying it or going wot, in fear of the bucking..

here is my other thread with logs, but they dont show anything out of the ordinary:

^ditto. I ran without the restrictor pill for a few months. I feel like it may have prevented 1 out of 10 of the bucking situations.

I'm wondering if the resistors need to be regulated to specific ranges.

Maybe we're running different voltage ranges becxause of the reisitors(not stock) and thta's throwing off the fuel map?

WOT is generally ok for me but sometimes the car won't ignite the boost well and I get surging power at the injector switch(possibly too low of an arf to ignite?).

Another note is that I'm running a Walbro with Aeromotive FPR set to 35psi idle with 1to1 psi increase.

I know my engine harness is perfect. I used that as a possible culprit before but know for sure that's not the problem.
It's either the ECU,resistors,or a sensor(water or boost).

On a side note.
I found that the 1.5 and 1.7 run a autocorrection of 9+ psi has 1 degree timgin retard while the 2.0 has set maps.

Have they retarded timing top correlate to the 720 secondary map or was it left as stock boost timing?

I plan on going 2.0 but need to be certain that 14psi won't be an issue since I daily drive this.
