I recently downloaded the viewer and java, I can get the viewer to open up but I get "Error: unsupported parameter ID 123" when I try to open a log. PLViewer v2.05d pocketLOGGER v1.01, did I miss some thing that I need or is there some way that I can fix this? Has anyone else had this problem?

You are using an old PocketLOGGER software with the new viewer. Either downgrade the viewer or upgrade the PocketLOGGER software.

Does that upgrade the logs in the PDA as well? I have so many logs I'd like to go through, but don't want to loose them.

 

what exactly are you asking...i.e. what versions are you running and/or upgrading to.

 

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one, but I was running the old version of the pocket logger on the PDA . 1.03 or 1.01. I'm not sure of the exact version since it's in the car at the moment. I just put pocket logger 2 on there last night. Where can I get a version of the pl viewer so I can look at my version 1 logs? The version 2 pl viewer can't open the version 1 logs from what I've seen.

If I can't get the viewer, what are my options for extracting the logged data besides just looking at it on the pda? Anyone have the old viewer they can send me?

 

If you can view the old logs with version 2 on the PDA, then the program updated them to the new log version and you should be able to view them with the new viewer.

So how do I upgrade the PL software? I can't seem to find where it's at on dti's site.

I got that half, how do I update the software on the palm to work with the viewer?

 

So I have the pl viewer software and the needed java goods. My question is do I need to contact pocketlogger to get the updated sotware for the palm, or can I download it from the site? And how does a person go about doing this?

im having this same problem....recorded some logs with v1.0 on the PDA and im unable to veiw them with the PLveiwer v.205d getting the same error message
