Need some suggestions.

I just got the rtek7 2.1 and I have the other mod's needed so now I need to know what is the best PDA or other device I should use.Also I could use some suggestions on tuning shop's near Maryland that are familiar with the rtek7 software.I thank you guys for any help you can give me.
