My zire71 won't connect to my ecu. I was using a serial cable from an emanage that has a usb connector on the other end, a double female usb and the cable that came with my palm. I'm assuming that it's not compatible with the usb connectors. It won't connect to my ecu. Do I have to use the palm hotsync cable with serial connecter? I don't understand why it didn't work.
