Hey ive got the RTek 2.1 and i just put on an open filter and S5 intercooler, i did a log and i ran 12.3 PSI at 5508 RPM!!

please help me learn how to do the timing and fuel correction, so that it stays safe.

oh its got a full racing beat exhaust, ported turbo, blitz BOV, and was fully rebuilt 30000 miles ago.

Assuming you dont have a boost controller, then its boost creep (you need to port that wastegate bigger) or an issue with the lines to the wastegate actuator (cracked/leaky)..

 

yea i dont have a boost controller, would getting one limit the boost even with the boost creep?

ok thats what i thought. until i get my wastegate reported ill just stay out of boost i suppose
