Cranking fuel???

hey guys, i have an rtek 2.1 (N332). mods are in my sig. i was just wondering what some of you other guys are running on the cranking fuel map? i have my presets at 720x4, but since i have 800cc pri, i decreased all the cranking values by ~10% (difference between 720 and 800). when i was starting my rebuild for the first time the other day this seemed to be way too much fuel so i kept messing with it and eventually got it to start on 10ms (coolant temp was 69*F) but have had trouble since. the two times that i got it to start since then i had to mess withh the fuel and got it to start at 14 and 17ms at a much higher coolant temp (113*F) which doesnt make much sense since the fuel required at start up should decrease as temp increases no? either way, if anyone has suggestions please lemme kno as its taking me 20+minutes to start the car now.... thanks

that is weird... the hotter it gets the fuel requirement "SHOULD" be less...

but with that inj set up, ur prob flooding out, regardless of the tune. they do recommend having the 550/720 or 720/720 inj. set up for the rtek2.1 or something close

if u can swap out you injectors to something closer to that, try that see if it works...
shot in the dark but thats what i would do.
process of elimination lol time consuming as hell but if no one hits on here thats what i start doing lol

yea, mee too. thats why i think the cranking fuel has to be so low, that plus the low compression from the new motor and the discharged battery arent helping. yesterday i borrowed my dad's jump box and let it charge for an hour or two. when i put the key in my voltmeter was at lik 15 volts! that bitch fired up the first time...

i had reall thought of swapping to 720cc pri inj (i actually wanted to buy some but i got thw 800cc for such an awesome deal i couldnt pass) but its such a bitch to get to them that i wanna reserve that for last. hopefully the more miles i put on this motor the easier it will get. also, if anyone has some suggestions on crank fuel settings for my setup, lemme kno cuz i really dont want to keep using a jump box haha. thanks ROD
