Car Dies after warming up

I just wanted to post what has happened on my car since I upgraded it to 2.1 and see if anyone has any insight while I troubleshoot it as well. First off here is what I just did to the car and my other upgrades as well

Just installed
RTEK 2.1 (Soloreron's maps were used)
S5 BNR Stage 3
Injectors 750 primary and 1000cc secondary.
Air Pump removal
AGV / split pipe blockoff plates

Before this I was running RTEK 1.7 with S4 turbo with no issues.

Ok so here is what happened. I programmed everything and before I realize it my battery is weak and I had it on trickle charge, but I had radio going as well. The car wouldnt start at 1st. I checked and the cranking fuel was at 0%. I dont remember changing any of that. So I put it at 14% and it cranks over. I let it idle and it warms up and is at 1400 rpm about. (before this change it was at 750-800 and TPS was set to 1k) So I went through the Idle guide on the RTEK and adjust the TPS and idle a little. So the car is setting there and idling good. I drive the car to the end of the block and it dies. It would not start again. I only tried a couple attempts. I push the car back to the house. So I go back out later and change the car cranking fuel to 35% and it cranks over. It was idling like it was already warmed up. So this time I get it out of the neighborhood and step on it a little. I take it like a 1/2 mile down and then turn it back around and start headding back the other way and it dies as I am doing 40-50 I guess. I downshift and hit the gas and nothing. The car wouldnt crank again. So I reset the ECU and then i notice that the crankign fuel it way different. After that I set the injectors to 750 and 750 and try and crank the car. It cranks over and seems to start and die immediately. I did this a few times then I tow my car back to the house after this. I have pulled the plugs and checked compression. I get about 90 on the one and like 75-80 on the other. So engine is little low, but ok I take it. So my questions are since it idles the primary injectors are ok right? I crimped those connectors and didnt solder them. I am going to check my vaccum again. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, Shane

Ok so I found out the issues I was having. I built a crappy intake. Air was getting in behind the MAF Sensor and of course the car was dieing because of it. I have fixed that issue. The other issue was my cranking map got zeroed out which was the start issue I was having. The thing that sucks is I have to input all that data again since I zeroed the RTEK out trying to see what was going on. Anyways I figured I would post what the issue was.
