BNR stage 2 and a 1.7??
I'm planning to finally beef up my motor this year. My rebuild is about finished with a mild street port. I have 550cc primaries, cleaned by RCengineering and new 720cc secondaries with a walbro 255 pump.
Ok, I appologize about this noob question, but I'm still learning about ems's. So my question is, If an rtek 2.0 would be able to support a BNR stage 2 Or would a 1.7 be all I would need?

Go with the 2.0 The 1.7 compensates for 720cc injectors but runs them like stock and there is no way to adjust the fuel with out a fuel controller. The 1.7 is best for cars with a stock turbo pushing a bit more boost. If you are going with a bigger turbo like the BNR stage 2, the v2.0 will let you adjust the fuel and timing maps to your needs. This is a must have with a larger turbo and more boost.

yes it should be fine. im running 750cc primaries, 1000cc secondaries with no problems. with a bnr stage 2 you may want to look at bigger injectors
as it is now, the timing control is limited above 100% load, which is at ~7 psi (it will keep the same timing values from 7 to 14psi), but a new revision is due out soon. A workaround is scaling your timing map back, so that your full boost timing value is 100 load (even though it will keep this value all the way down to 7psi)
and make sure you take a look at/adjust the timing map before boosting, its defaulted to 35 degrees advanced at full boost. I have mine trimmed and blended back to ~20 degrees at full boost (10 psi for me)

Gxl90rx7 mentions bigger than 750s and 1000s for a stage 2. Really?
I'm only looking for 10 psi for now. Maybe upping it a little later.

Here is a decent fuel calc to estimate how much fuel you will need

If you look at the bnr website, it says stage 1 is capable of 300hp, stage 2 = 330, stage 3 = 350. I would use those numbers as a worse case scenario to estimate how much fuel you will need with that fuel calc above.. and remember rwhp=(flywheel hp)x0.85
and if you are looking for 720cc injectors, check out RC engineering 750cc, they make them low impedance, so no resistors needed
