ABOUT THE pocketlogger SITE

In my past experiences I find that the SUPPORT on that site useless to the extreme.

I've bought two RTEK 2.0 from that site and Pocket Logger ZT, and it seems to me there would be a place on that site where I could just write a thread, similar to this one, and get a straight answer.

None of this waiting to get permission to write a thread on that site (currently waiting for permission from them to write a thread {JESUS H CHRIST, GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK})

There should be immediate access to that site for questions about WHY their product is malfunctioning.

YES, I'm pissed off to the EXTREME! IN SPADES!

You have to use thier site and submittal system. That ticket stuff is a pain but I guess it helps to keep things in order for tracking etc.

I had trouble initially going back to review my status and found I have to reduce my cookie level to get access.
Once you have filed for a ticket you can submitt comments at will after access.
I guess a new subject requires a new ticket.

Hailers,,
If you have a question, we are only an email away.
support at pocketlogger.com
No need to create a thread on the forum to ask a question.

If its a problem, we prefer you use the helpdesk system as it lets us track things easier.
http://help.pocketlogger.com

We keep the forums 'read-only' for non customers to keep the signal to noise ratio down. No need for customers to have to wade through countless "does the pocketlogger work with my car" posts from people too lazy to read the site.
