I never specify CC payment only on the account. You should be able to send a e check.

I dont know why it wasn't working yesterday, but it worked today. Is there anyway i could avoid paying the Ca tax?

You have to pay CA sales tax if you are in CA, unless you are in the automotive businsess and you have a seller's permit.

Please fax your seller's permit and also a resale card to 510-623-8903 and then you don't have to pay tax.
