Kudos to Mike and Aron

Though the weather certainly didn't cooperate, Mike and Aron should be commended for putting on an entertaining and exciting event. I make my living doing public relations for a professional sports car series and I have to say the Revolution was better planned and more organized than many of the events I attend each year. Mike was seemingly everywhere during the event, and, if a problem cropped up, he simply solved it. That's a trait not often seen these days.

RotorSports Racing, which I worked with during the Revolution, was very pleased with the event. The Project 3-Rotor car was well received and the event gave RotorSports an effective way to promote its products. They are making it a point to return in 2006.

From a personal perspective, I have covered events in nearly every major form of auto racing in this country and nothing is worse than the weather not cooperating. However, Mike and Aron didn't let that bother them and they pressed on. The results showed. I had dinner with Jim Downing on Saturday night and he commended the "promoters" for their efforts. I doubt you will find a higher compliment than that.

Again, I just wanted to pass along my congratulations on a great event, and I look forward to seeing everyone next year!
