I would say larger pumping mechanism or faster electric motor to compensate for the greater fuel demands of a supra tt. They cant be that far off since they're both made by denso as opposed to another supplier. I'm running the supra tt pump so far its been great.

well i am not sure what exactly has changed but i do know that the info i have read and tests done on the stock supra TT fuel pump show that it flows 300lph at 14v and 43psi but the upgraded one from Kyosan shows test results of 390lph at 14v at 43psi and it increases even from there with the voltage going up like with a kenne bell b.a.p. which can boost voltage to well over 16v and it will pump much more... thats why i went with the Kyosan and a Kenne Bell BAP almost two years ago and am glad i did, the only negative thing i have found on the kyosan is people seem to think that at high fuel pressures it may not perform as good as they would like but they are also only looking at 13.5-14.0v numbers, its much different with 15-16.5v

if your future plans happen to have E85 in it somewhere you will want a larger pump, I had the supra pump and while everything I have heard says its good for 500hp it maxes out at about 350 on E85

If no E85 plans then disregard!
