what wheels fit?

I am wanting to find some wheels along the line of a prostar look. what kind of backspacing is needed? I have tried to operate the offset to backspacing calculators. I see that jegs has a look a like with a 6.5 backspacing in a 15x10 which i am not sure will even clear the rear calipers. I'm nearly positive that I have to run a 16" wheel up front due to having the hinson bump steer correction kit

to suit what car, fc fd early unit i got 15x8.25, 5 inch backspace weld magnums and they are on the edge of the outer rear guard, not the best, would have preferred 5.5 backspace but they didnt make em for magnum , hammer time for the guard
I would like two know as well, what wider rim can i fit in a fc factory guard, can you go a 15x9 or 9.5 or 10 even, and what slick size would fit under the factory guard, no tubs, what back space would i haev to tell weld so i can get my inner rim sections removed and sorted out, because 8.25 wide looks too gay for my liking
