Thanks guys. Congrats to Enzo, Roy and Bajee for coming out and making a nice pass! Everyone was definitely into Roy's machine, it looked great going down the track. Congrats guys!!!
I dynoed my car the night before and Tony and I decided to turn up the boost. The car made 586 (std) and I think 566 (sae). We put in a Cooling mist water injection kit in the car as well and the boost was at 35psi. I've been running 28-30 psi the entire season so now that things are winding down I'm going up on the boost and now trying to get into the 9's, still on the Holset turbo.
I ran my personal best of 10.32@139.4. It's not a 9 sec slip but man was I happy! That was against Tito's Porche, he ran a 13 sec pass since he had issues. We ended up lining up again in elimination finals since there was only 1 other car in the class lol. My 1st to 2nd is notchy so I know the car has a 10.0 -10.1 the way she sits now.
Tito and I were talking before the run, he had no 2nd gear, it was broken so he was going from 1st to 3rd. We were making jokes about me red-lighting. So we launch, I hit 2nd and i'm out. I know I didn't red light so I'm thinking it's an easy win. I then hit 3rd and it grinds, I try again and it grinds again, now I know his *** is coming up fast. I could'nt get 3rd so I just pulled down to 4th and hope for the best. By this time I slowed down a lot and the turbo has to catch up again. As it starts spooling I look over and he's right there!!!!
I ended up running a 11.40 for the win, Tito ended up winning 11.42 and the margin of win was a .1436. I got a trophy and $500. I got lucky again!!!

sickkk day @ the track i was there spectating and talking a little **** in the staging lanes...ant as usual the car look sick and you won me about 100bucks in the stands!!! enzo big props 2 u i didnt even recognize roy's car until i looked at it for about a solid minute after the burnout! goodjob on starting to get it dialed in...iam know theres a ton more in it! props 2 all that came out there was alot of breaking, but overall it was a nice event!
