street/strip fuel setup

Sup! Just got a aeromotive eliminator fuel pump
100/n 45 micron filters....I don't want to use a controller nor do I want to have excess fuel pump vibration and noise...What do you quys think of having the stock tank (depending if Nopi's rules for turbo street allow fuel cells) modified/fabricated to house the pump inside and also in the tank a walbro 255 that are Y'd and come out -10AN to the rails. Have the walbro full time for street driving and when I go to the track, I can have my EMS turn on the Aeromtive pump at a preset boost level.

It sounds like a complicated solution to a simple problem. I like to keep my fuel setup simple and easy, with as few points of failure as possible.
