Stock Block Stock Twins

What's the fastest anyone has gone with mods but with a stock block (i.e. non ported)and stock twins?

I did 11.19 with the stock engine and stock sequential turbos

About 19 psi peak and it would drop to about 16-17 at high rpms. Thanks
