Tommy's car is SICK. On that 9.6 pass it didn't even sound like it was laboring. It was smooth trough all the gears and Tommy made it look easy. I see big things in his near future.

It was a great weekend. I just wanted to thank everyone that congratulated me on my 9 second passes. It was great meeting some of the guys off the forum... i can match names to faces now. It was nice seeing Anthony and Roan again also. The whole NY crew are a great group of guys. Its crazy how fast i got phone calls SECONDS after i ran the number. I literally was driving back along side the track looking at my slip that i got about 3 seconds ago when Ernie called me lol.... news travels FAST!!!

Thanks to Jim from JPR imports for all his time and dedication to making sure my car was ready for this event.... and thanks again to Demetrios for tuning my car! Wilmur... thanks for lining me up both times in the box and helping me get set up. and keith.. thanks for putting in an all nighter getting that scoop done for the cooling effect....It helped BIG TIME!

If it wasnt for Derek,,,,, i may not have made it on sunday... i was passed out and he came downstairs yelling at me trying to get me up..."Lets go Motherf@c#er... gotta go back up that 9.7 lol Congrats to derek for making to the 3rd round with no 2nd gear all weekend.. 1st to 3rd....laurel lake style. haha

I thank everyone one for there support and comments... it is greatly appreciated!

It's always good to see Tom and Derek at the track.Derek gets a big stand up applause from me because of how far he's come along.I still remember his 12a turbo that involved a cooking pan or something.

I'm sure I saw a few other club members out there but of course don't know who's who.I was the rican with the airbrushed "Mazda Rx-7" shirt with a rotor and the big chain with a rotor pendant.
