Definitely cross your fingers for no surprise newspaper/spray foam jobs. I am shamed to say I've done that...

Be careful sandblasting the sheet metal, you can distort it VERY fast!

It's ok, its better to go slow and get everything right than mess up on say the 1/4 panel and hate yourself for the next 5 years when you see it going down the track with a messed up panel.

Kinda wish I paid the $500-700 for blasting as its taking awhile. So far I am half way thru the outside. Going to do the interior side of rear and roof due to rust. Then its time to spot weld small holes and patch panels. Didnt want to use any body filler but going to in a few area's that would be a bitch to fab up. I also am curious as to what someone used to fill some rusty holes in the past. Its a bronze caller and looks like it was tig filled?? Almost a soldered in? Here are a few pics.

The orange one is what color I am thinking of having it painted.....?????

free standing one from harbor freight. I have a 33 gal 6hp compressor. I think if I had a 60+ gal it would go a tad quicker. I am spraying at 110psi so it drains before the blaster is empty.
