Don't know much about this car, I believe this one used to be the Geohimer RX-8 that got second place at MIR in 2012.

Pretty sure it will be. I read somewhere that it will be in OSW this weekend, if true, it will probably be at MIR in Nov

If so, is it a private session or they going to the regular test and tune night?

Correct, Orlando SpeedWorld. The world sport compact challenge is taking place in OSW Oct 16 - Oct 18 2015

Guess I was wrong, it seems like the car is NOT at OSW. Plenty of other cool cars tho...
