Yeah, that sounds good. I liked it better close to the grandstands and pits because 1, you can hear them calling your classes and 2, your right next to the pits in case you need to run back and grab a tool or something.

sounds like old times, more engine builders in the stands than on the race track.

Just got back from the finals. The weather was brutally hot and the corrected air to altitude was 4400feet. So it was shitty racing weather but everyone had to deal with it. I managed to better my time to a best of 12.35 at 108mph and my best 1/8th mile time was a 7.80 which was alot higher than my last run at Irwindale that I ran a 7.5 so that shows how shitty the air was. I was hoping to break into the 11's, but it wasnt going to happen today. There were only 4 rotaries racing at the entire event- Eric was the only one who made it out in the all motor class with me and was having traction issues all day and I think ran a best time of 10.7 or 10.8. Busi/Honda- ended up winning the all motor class with a bye run as his compettitor blew his motor on the last run. Chris ran a best time of 10.3. All in all it was another good time racing and hanging with they guys and meeting new people. I hope more rotary guys make it out for the BOTI finals on Nov. 22- HINT HINT. GET YOUR **** DONE!!!!

Ps. WTF happened to Teddy? He busted my ***** all week with tech questions and then doesnt' show up. ARGGGHHH. Oh, I forgot he's Manny's boy- must run in the blood.
