I just bought a house and have been running my *** off trying to get everything moved. I just got internet access today!!!!!!

I see 4 pins/studs on the compression side? Are those oversized? Reemed the housings for that?

The sleeves are installed, they were just out in the first pictures for the porting.

13-rx3 let me ask you a question im building a cosmo for a street car and when it comes to the pinning/doweling some tell me to do all 18 and then i notice a lot of drag racers only doing 4 like yourself > also how did you ream holes with a drill press?

Does anybody know of a place(s) where I can buy a Cosmo 13b Jay-tech style intake manifold.

Any more than 4 is overkill IMO. They are placed in the highest stress area of the engine. The rest of the engine is not under much stress at all.

It's hard to explain how i reamed it on a drill press but i basically bolted the engine together in sections and reamed the holes as i went.


And here is something to light all that fuel!!!
