G-Force is in!

The turbo is called a GT4208R.
It's only available as a dual ball bearing unit because of the intended use of this turbo and yes it's not cheap!
The other one in the gt42 line up is the billet 71mm compressor wheel flowing 91lbs or 900hp +.
Based on other billet compressor's performance I would say that power output is on the conservative side.

Brought the car back home last night. I have a track rental this Monday @ MIR so I will get some nice seat time. I'll will keep you guys posted.
how does this compare to the similar sized BW units. In the past the BW's have out flowed the Garrett units. Do you know what we can expect from this GT4208R unit?

Looks like Anthony will be handing me my ****! My day started out slow and got bettter, then got real bad.
The G-Force is great. My first gear is longer than stock so its taking some gettting used to, riding it out longer so it doesn't bog in 2nd gear. My 60' times are money. All 7 passes today in the low 1.4's. On the last run my oil filler neck came apart at about 140mph and it blew oil on my windshield through my vented hood. I knew at that point, something was wrong so I shut the car down and coasted to a stop. Then the smoke started to bellow out under the hood. I almost **** myself trying to get out of the car. I keep a fire extinguisher in the car, (thank god), and popped the hood. I got it out before any flames started to cook anything. Got it back to the pits, cleaned it up. All seems well. So I will install a NEW filler neck, lol. That one was jb welded. Not a good idea, hindsight being 20/20.

My first 4 passes I just practiced launching and my first to second shifts. No full runs.
My last few passes I running mid 10's on and off the throttle. If Im not in boost the whole time, my *** end comes up and then the turbo hits, getting me squirrly.
Thanks Cris.
