it means preventive maintance, inspect all parts and replace whats needed, all that really wears out is the sliders and dog rings, they run around 100+250 each one or you can send back old ones to get rebuild, liberty will weld and resurface like new for about halve the price....

Everything has pros/cons, but everybody is buying those piece of crap transmissions, and their flying. Hard to argue with the times people have been running with proven technology.

But, I do here what your saying those damn transmission prices are crazy.
