2008 Drag Racing Projects Or News?
trust me 61620B it is not that easy of a live, what makes a diference its that they build everything, they dont spend large amounts of money in parts they just go get the welding machine a couple of tools and done.
RE: easy life?
Those puerto ricans have to much money to throw away. Some of us west coast racers have no tracks to race on and taxed by everything, gas, property, freaking even the freaking smog tests.
My freind was overthere this past Week in PR and he says there is noting but race cars being built on their back
yards and nothing but wrenching on their cars 24-7 and racing 3 times a week.We over here race about 3
times a year.No wonder abel is suffering right now,no track time means no testntune.
WHAT AN EASY PR LIFE.
Rotorholic got out of LA just in time.He also has an easy life.

Last time i checked we have taxes here in TX also, more than double if that when you compare to CA when it comes to property tax.....
Noel lets see some more pics of that Anglia in the background... I saw one rusting away here in the Bronx a few years ago and the owner will not sell it.. Now they built a big house on the land where it sat for year and both the Anglia and 2door corona vanished.. Don't mind having one of those once i free up some space, maybe even a ford Prefect

I am building my motor next week, hopefully i will be beating up the rollers up before the end of the month. I am going to have to run it a little conservative at the track until i get a window net, parachute, screws in my rims, gears, and a neck brace. I figure it should be safe to the low 9s. It's kinda funny that the first rotary motor i will ever build will be of this caliber.
How's your car coming???

No sir, the closest NHRA track is 500 miles away. The local track i run at is IHRA and as long as it's not a big event tech is really relaxed. So that means i have to force myself to be safe.
