what size seals are better for and fd

what size seals are better for and fd with a street port motor running 19 psi on the track and 13 or a little below on the street?

If your asking about apex seals, factory 2mm will do the job...

The 2mm seals will work great on your FD. If you really plan on mostly drag racing your car, then the 3 mm seals would be a better choice. Also, Hurley Racing 2mm seals works extremely well. When the Hurley seals breaks, it breaks into many pieces. Most of the time you don't have to replace the housing and turbos when these apex seals fails. The most import thing is to find someone that can actually build good engines and tune your car.

2mm 3 piece apex seals are pretty much the best seals you can run PERIOD.
