what fuel upgrades do I need and how much boost can a stock turbo 2 handle?

I have a 87 turbo 2. I will have a k&n air filter and a complete racing beat exhaust, everything else on the engine is stock. I would like to know what fuel pump, injectors, ect. I need to be able to support about 250 to 300 hp. please tell me everything I will need. I am trying not to spend to much money but I want more power.

I also need to know how much boost I can push out my stock turbo without blowing it up. I am guessing that is what I will have to upgrade next.

thanks

ok first hope you have the FCD, if your on a budget get the welbro 255lph pump, a fuel control,800cc secondary injectors. the stock turbo will do 18 psi but the harder you push it you lower it's efficancy and rise air temp this causees a mass of new problems. so a bigger turbo is perferable after the fuel mods but make sure you alway up the fuel and dyno it back down to make sure you don't blow it. good luck

I had a bonestock 88 turbo motor in my first gen with stock injectors, a bosch pump (don't knwo which one), large front mount, cartech fpr, and of course the stock turbo and it pushed 13.5 psi. Oh yeah 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust with no catty. It mad 280.1 rwhp which is well over 300 engine hp more like 325-330. I daily drove this for 6 months before it blew up.
