i just took offmy air pump what are some cheap ideas to help my water pump run right. also ware could i find a well priced fuel cut off defuser for my 87 tII 13bt

 

Racing Beat, Mazdatrix, and Rotary Performance all sell dual belt alternator pulleys. This put two belt in contact wit the water pump pulley again after removal of the air pump. The above mentioned companies pulley also reduces the speed at which the alt. is turning as well. I don't know if thier as cheap as you are looking for but it's the only option I know of myself.
