want to run 1.8 to 2 bar of boost
Ok here is the deal I lost my injector fuel calc
so im going to ask a few questions.
my car is being converted to this setup
91 engine half BP
Twin GT2835 turbos
2 720's 2 1600's
RP comp fuel pump
Aquamist 2C
Haltech E6K
water/air IC
ditch the OMP and run premix
planning on run race gas and NGK 11's
do I have enough fuel to support 1.8 - 2 bar of boost?
do I need a larger pump?
what size waste gate should I use
what BOV will take 2Bar?
do I need a CID?
what other mod would be recommend to do?
so im going to ask a few questions.

Yeah, definitely one super huge pump, or two large ones. Upgrade your fuel lines if you haven't. 1200cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries.
Can't give you advice for what wastegate and bov though.
Other mods?
- Install a roll cage
- upgraded engine mounts
- maybe an engine brace
- drastic clutch upgrade if not done yet
- transmission upgrade will be necessary in short time after that work is done since you will be pushing about 650 rwhp
- not familiar with the PFS ecu, but if it's not a stand alone EMS (haltech, microtech, wolf3d, electromotive, motec, etc) you will need one.

720 primiaries and 1600 secondaries is good for around 720HP at the flywheel at 10:1 A/F ratio mxed out, base pressure 35-40psi
I will be running 4 x 800's + 2 x 550's on my Semi BP motor, single T04............ When do you hope to have yours sorted by Tony? i hope to have mine tuned etc by about october could be interested to compare dyno sheets, make sure you take pics of your ports if possible.
Cheers

and yes you'll probably need either an SX 1000HP pump or a pair of pumps rated at around 500HP each.
I'll be running a pair of Skyline GTR pumps which are good for around 550HP in a skyline

yeah mine should be ready about the same time. once I get it done and run it on the dyno I post it. right now im saving for the turbos / down pipe / manifold . I was going to have it done from KSP Enger in japan when I 1st started planning for this.
then I met Tim from RPM Performance Centre he is building the manifold /dp/mp/
I need to deside on a wastegate so I can get him started.

right now I have T04E on the car and going to see what kinda of power I can get out of it 1st. onces its ported and put back together going to dyno it with T04E and compair how the twin GT28's do.
on the GT28's they come with internal wastegate but for like 250au you can get them with external. I wounder if the wastegates that come with would be enough or if I should get 1 big wastegate to control both of them. Im going to be using the Blitz ID ver 2 boost control.

that much boost you are going to need bigger injectors in my book i run 4 1000 cc injectors and it is still driveable, thinking about upgrading the secondarys to 1600cc and running the big aeromotive pump next! that is just for 1.6 boost, so i would asume you need more go go juice

i usually go with 600 cc of fuel to every 100 horsepower! but pushing 30 psi of boost will put you way over 500! the line from my tank is stock just from the y block to the fuel rail is -8 line
