Question Upgrades needed for 10psi on a 1990 N/A?

Hey guys!,
I just bought myself a N/A 1990 with a blown motor (which i am currently working on rebuilding). My ultimate goal is about 10psi of boost and (maybe) a 50 shot of nitrous. I had a couple questions about what is needed to 'safely' do this (i'm 17 and new at this )

1). Is the stock TII turbo big enough to handle 10psi of boost?
2). What kind of fuel injection upgrades (or computer upgrades) are necessary for this?

I was hoping to get a programmable fuel computer that will work well with the turbo setup, and that i could modify the curves on over time (i'm going to start out at low boost and slowly work it up to ~10 psi).

Lastly, are there any modifications that should (or must) be performed to the engine internals on a stock N/A running 10 psi boost pressures?

Thanks!

Try and get ahold of VtecEater, he and another guy ProjectDerek ran a turbo on an NA motor, he can probably give you some good advice.

But assuming that boost is boost, and I'm running up to 10psi, here's my fuel updates:
550cc/min secondary fuel injectors
Rotary Performance upgraded fuel pump
Paxton boost dependent fuel pressure riser (came with the blower kit)

Other than that, I'm running stock computers and primary fuel injectors.
