Hi..alright im taking the advice from someone else to tell me to calm down..alright let me try to rephrse this..i have a friend who needs two turbos for his twin turbo..he prefers Greddy/Hks.. but he doesn't know for sure what the best turbo for winturbos are from both manufacturers..so please reply and tell me which turbos i should get..also is it possible to replace the new tubings and kit stuff with new ones to make the whole turbo system new?

"Best" is a relative term and can mean many things. Are you shooting for max. power as in drag racing? or wide range for road racing/autocrossing? There are too many factors to consider than just "what is best". Do a search of the forum and you'll find plenty of threads regarding turbos and the like.

And in answer to your last question about the tubing...yes!
