Turboing NA motor

Now now now, I know the difficulties in turboing an NA car. Thats not my question. What I'm wondering about it this;

What difficulties would you encounter in mounting T2 manifolds on an NA shortblock (a 13B 4 port)?

I understand that the higher NA compression would be a risk. We don't want Uncle Detonation coming a knocking of course :-) But are there any physical differences in the housings as far as location of ports or things like that. Could you even try this on a 6-port engine?
