is there a way to have nitrous sprayed on a turbo charged car and then stop when the turbo hits a certain boost level...say 15 psi?
i know about the RPM activated switch but is there a boost switch?

Yes there is.
Just about every nitrous manufacturer out there got that device. Most of the times it's done via a Hobbs pressure switch.
