Sport ECU chips on Ebay for $40?

There is someone these sport ECUs on Ebay:

Are these things any good? Anyone bought one from these people? It may be cheap but I don't wanna risk my engine cause of a cheap chip.

All they did was take a legitimate Knightsports chip, and copied it with an EPROM burner, costs them a few cents each. I'd buy from a reputable place and not these guys...
