I just installed one of those ebay 6-puck clutch setups in my friends 91 Turbo II, but the clutch feels rather weak, or definitely not stronger than the stock cltuch setup. Anyone else have this problem???

A soft pedal doesn't necessarily mean that it is "weak". It is possible to have a non-stiff pedal and still be capable of holding lots of torque. Is it slipping at all?
I wouldn't be surprised if a no-name eBay clutch wasn't that good, and cou;dn't hold much torque. There's so much fake crap there that isn't worth the trouble, even if it's 1/4 the cost of the real thing.

I fully understand what you're saying Black91n/a. The car hasn't been driven yet (with the exception of a 1 mile drive), BUT THE CLUTCH DID NOT APPEAR TO SLIP WHATSOEVER. I wanted to buy a pressure plate from Mazdatrix, but it would have cost about $350. The S/S heavy duty clutch I don't mind though because it costs $150. I'm just wondering about the pressure plate....

This is what I got:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XTD-S...QQcmdZViewItem
The name XTD is on both the clutch disc and pressure plate.
The name of the company that sells it is www.AimcoClutches.com

It's supposed to be that way.
XTD uses a larger fulcrum diameter on the spring disc to give better leverage on a cover with higher clutch clamp pressures.
The result is more clamp, more sensitive feel, and lighter pedal & release bearing pressure.
I love mine.
The only down side is the way the 6 puck copper/ceramic clutch disc eats into the flywheel.
