Short Shifter

Does anyone know how long is a "short shifter"? (for 85 RX7)

Anyone fabricated a short shifter before?.... results?

a true short shifter only changed the pivot point NOT the lenght of the shifter.

As far as results go.. I love my C's wouldn't go back .. ever.
