Running Methanol, what Spark Plugs?

What EGT's and ignition timing should I be aiming for?
I have this to start with
EGT's aiming for 800ºC (1472ºF) to 850ºC (1562ºF)
Ignition Timing For Methanol
35-40 degrees vaccum
30 degrees a 0 psi (gauge pressure)
25 degrees @ 15psi
18-20 degrees @ 30psi
ramping down to 10-12 degrees @ 45psi
and 7-8 degrees 50 and more psi.
Your input would be of great appreciation
