rotary engine stand adaptor cost
I just bolt the front housing flat up to a standard engine stand "plate". I'm cheap, and it works.
I've also been known to assemble/disassemble engines working on a sturdy 5 gallon bucket, or milk crate, or a stack of old tires. As long as you have something for the front of the eccentric shaft to stick through, it'll work.
