I will answer your questions, but ill also give you a tip. I say if you are asking these kind of questions you should do some more research/searching on the forum before doing anything on your car, at least "major" like this.

The D-shaft mod is for the TPS, as in the throttle position sensor, which is an input that your megasquirt will need in order to calculate the A/F mixture.

Tweakit has a 13B manifold that you would need to buy to bolt the ITB's to, as the stock manifolds would not work, nor are they even close.

The HP gain would greatly depend on what else you have done to your car.

thanks ya i purchased the itbs kinda quick. i also got the manifold. i have since done pretty much nonstop research on it. i dont think i want to do any porting yet due to the fact that my engine has very low miles and i would like to build it and later see the gains of porting. a few of the other mods i didnt metion to begin with consist of fuel pump, injectors, wideband, light weight flywheel, and full exhaust systems. thanks for the help. i will post pictures of stuff when i get it. itbs are on a 2 week backorder so it probably wont be here for another month. mean while gives me tons of time to figure out how exactly i want to go about doing this.
