possible bad coolant seal? HELP

Info: 1996 rx7 13b rew mostly stock
okay so I think that I might have a bad coolant seal. This started when I was doing some autocross and at the end of my run I noticed my car was running a bit hot (103c) so I parked it and popped the hood and by the time I got back in the car it was at 120c so I shut the car off and turned on the AC so the fans would stay running after letting it cool down it said it had low coolant so I filled it up. but when I tried to start it didn't want to crank up after a couple tries it started and a lot of white smoke came out of the exhaust. drove it back home and when I parked it and turned it off a decent amount of coolant came out right by the overflow tank. the next day I went out to start it had a little trouble starting but it said low coolant so I filled it up drove to work and when I got there coolant came out from under the hood right where the overflow tank sits.it does this pretty much every time I drive it except if I start it when its hot it will start up fine my car drinks a lot of coolant/water also not including what gets purged out from somewhere.
so I think it is a coolant seal that has gone bad it would explain it being hard to start because there is water in the block it would also explain it drinking the water and it would explain the cooling system being pressurized enough to purge the coolant out somewhere. if any body has any other ideas please let me know. also if it is the coolant seal that went bad and that is the only time iv overheated it would I have to change anything else when I go to rebuild it etc. would anything else have gone bad from the coolant seal going bad. also when I first start it up it sounds like its only running off one rotor maybe (sounds different) then after about 5 seconds it sputters and sounds normal
PLEASE HELP!!

Do the champagne test by starting it without the coolant pressure cap on-top of the coolant filler neck. If you see bubbles coming up to the filler neck while running you have a coolant seal failure.

I did this before and its not champagne like bubbles coming out. its more like someone had a straw and was blowing pretty hard and the water disappears pretty quick. I took a video il try to post it

I'm pretty sure it's a coolant seal I mean if everything else is good this is the only other factor in the coolant system if your not having anything going wrong mechanically it's most likely your coolant seals if it just bubbles and gushes out coolant radically and overflow starts to spit coolant it's the coolant seals. Same exact thing is happening to me
